For my final project, I am creating a responsive multi-page website focused on
Latin American Legends. These are stories commonly told in Hispanic households,
often used to scare children into behaving. I grew up hearing them from my family,
La Llorona, for example, is one of the most well-known stories. The homepage will
introduce the concept of legends and explain the purpose of the site. The other
five pages will each focus on a specific legend that is widely known across Latin
America. Each page will explore the origin of the story and include visuals to
create a vivid picture of the legend. For the site I will use a dark color
palette and themed backgrounds to create an eerie, immersive experience. This
website is designed for anyone curious about Latin American Legends, especially
those who enjoy myths, legends, and spooky folklore.
