My name is Tyler Whorton, and I really enjoyed building this website because it gave me a chance to spotlight my puppy, Zoey. She’s a German Shepherd/Lab mix, and we love her dearly. Her unique qualities and personality closely align with those of a German Shepherd—she’s fast, intelligent, and naturally protective. The biggest challenge I faced while creating this website was learning the code, which felt like picking up a second language. Remembering which words to place inside brackets was especially tricky at first. However, once I got past the learning curve of creating new HTML pages, the assignments became much easier.
One thing that surprised me during this process was how much simpler my workflow became when I focused on keeping things organized. Utilizing the copy-and-paste feature saved me a lot of time and effort, making it easier to structure my pages without starting from scratch each time. I also found that simplicity was key—trying to overcomplicate things often led to more confusion. Overall, building this site was a fun experience, and I loved watching it come together piece by piece with each assignment.
