Single-Leg Stand

Improve balance and stability.

This exercise strengthens the lower body and core, helping prevent falls and improving stability in daily activities.

Instructions:

  • Stand next to a chair or counter for support.
  • Lift one foot off the ground and hold the position.
  • Maintain balance for 10-30 seconds.
  • Switch legs and repeat.
