Single-Leg Stand
Improve balance and stability.
This exercise strengthens the lower body and core, helping prevent falls and improving stability in daily activities.
Instructions:
- Stand next to a chair or counter for support.
- Lift one foot off the ground and hold the position.
- Maintain balance for 10-30 seconds.
- Switch legs and repeat.
